Unless otherwise specified, transactions submitted to us by our partners are not returnable, not refundable if the value has been transmitted to the recipient. Customer should contact their provider for refund. We will only honor refunds that we process ourself so long the value is yet to be released.
Money transmitted to wallet account may be refundable only if the recipient is yet to claim/withdraw the money.
Value on store value cards cannot be returned if the card has been used.
There is a 30 day return policy for unused value on store value card or mobile wallet subject to identity verification of the person reqeuesting a refund.
