Our mobile platform allows high-volume, high-speed mobile financial transaction software solution for telecommunications service providers, major banks, and MFIs. Our solution allows mobile money operators to reach customers through existing mobile operator networks, web and Internet channels and mobile devices. The platform is telco agnostic and can run as close loop platform utilizing agent networks.

Information Collection and Use VTNGLOBAL, INC. is the sole owner of the information collected on VTNGLOBAL, INC, gathers information from our users at several different points on our Web site.

Registration To use this Website, a user must first complete the registration form. During registration, a user is required to enter contact information such as name and email address, business and home address. We use this information to contact the user about services on our site for which he has expressed interest. Users may also be required to provide demographic information such as income level and gender. For your security, all users are required to supply unique user id and password during registration to personalize account profile for each member.

Transaction: When you initiate a transaction through our licensee, we collect the names, email and mobile phone number of the sender and recipient. This information is required to create a temporary account login for the recipient. The recipient will receive an email notification with the temporary account login details. On the first login, the recipient must update their account. There is no need to re-register at this stage.

Fund withdrawal: We collect your bank account information where the fund is deposited

Purchase / Sell stored value cards from licensee: We collect the email and mobile number of the recipient of the value.

Helpdesk tickets: When creating tickets, we collect information such as your first name, last name, and username.

Career Opportunities: When you apply or submit a job application to us online, we collect information such as your first name, last name, and curriculum vitae or resume.

Contact Importer: When you import contacts from your email program such as Yahoo, Gmail, Hotmail, etc., we ask you to log in using your login details. We do not store any of your login information supplied. However, we do store the email of those invited, and we do send out reminders to them on your behalf periodically. The information sent out is generic and forwarded to the email box of the recipient. Your email is mentioned as the person inviting them to try VTNGLOBAL service.

Information Use We use information collected to register you as a bonafide VTNGLOBAL member. Some of the data such as your email first name, last name will be made available to recipients of value and banks to provide the service requested.

Profile We store information that we collect through cookies, log files, clear gifs, to create a profile of our users. A profile stored information that we keep on individual users that details their viewing preferences. Clear gifs are tiny graphics with a unique identifier, similar in function to cookies, and are used to track the online movements of Web users. The main difference between the two is that clear gifs are invisible on the page and are much smaller, about the size of the period at the end of this sentence. Clear Gifs can ‘work with’ existing cookies on a computer if they are both from the same Web site or advertising company. Import Contacts We utilize an import contact feature to help you keep in touch with your contacts or other members. We make it easy for you to invite people from your email address books to join you on our Site. At your request, we will search your email address book to help you import your contacts to our site. You have control over who should receive the invitation. Once you submit the request, the invitation bearing your email is sent to the emails of those selected from your contact list. We also send reminders to your contact every 14 days to join VTNGLOBAL.
